Privacy

Effective August 20, 2026. LedgerCalTrack is a private nutrition ledger. This notice describes the data the service uses and the outside providers involved.

Data collected

The service stores the username and email you provide, a one-way password hash, profile and target inputs, food diary entries, exercise entries, weight records, completion status, sessions, and password-reset records. Raw passwords and raw session tokens are not stored.

How data is used

Account data operates the service. Nutrition and profile data calculate targets, trends, and Coach responses. Data is not sold or used for advertising.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application and database. Food queries may be sent to USDA FoodData Central and Tavily. Coach messages and a minimized seven-day nutrition summary may be sent to the configured OpenRouter model provider. Resend is used only if password-reset email is enabled.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while the account is active or as operationally required. To request account-data deletion or a copy, contact the service operator through the same channel used to provide access to this service.

Security

The service uses encrypted transport, hashed credentials, restricted cookies, server-side authorization, request limits, and browser security headers. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
